Natalie Phoenix is a Marketing Specialist with Impact Commercial Real Estate. Having obtained her Masters degree in Formal Logic and Mental Philosophy, she transitioned into the Oil and Gas Industry. In this sector, her work alongside reservoir and systems engineers gave her a unique insight into land acquisition and permitting requirements. From this starting point, Natalie began investing in Colorado Real Estate before eventually moving into the Commercial Real Estate business as a Broker Associate.

During her career with Impact Commercial Real Estate, she has worked with large Retail groups and Multi-Family development firms, assisting them in their efforts towards land acquisitions along the Front Range. Over the years working with the firm, she has focused her skillset in the direction of client outreach and as such, has shifted her role towards more of a Marketing capacity. In this new role, she also provides a Broker’s Opinion of Value to potential clients, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of their property’s value under current market conditions.
