Impacts Quarterly Marketing Report – Q3 2019
Want to know how Commercial Real Estate in Douglas, Jefferson and Denver counties fared in Q3 of 2019?
For almost all three counties and for all three categories lease rates and purchase prices stayed consistent with the previous quarter or increased. There were some significant increases in Douglas County due to some large and successful sales. The quarter 3 numbers reflect a continued strong economy.
