Heather Taylor is the Founder and Principal of Impact Commercial Real Estate. Born and raised in Colorado, Heather began her commercial real estate career in early 2009. Prior to starting Impact, Heather was a partner at a local commercial real estate firm. Heather has in depth experience in all property types including Industrial, Office, Retail, Multi-Family, Land and Investment.
Heather finds passion in helping her clients and making a positive impact on businesses and the community through commercial real estate. Her tireless work ethic and sense of urgency are keys to her success. Heather also has strong resources and knowledge about financing options for clients. In this fast-paced real estate market, advice and information regarding financing can get the deal done quicker. Heather believes that attention to detail and support throughout the deal is essential for successful transactions from property selection to deal completion.
Prior to Heather’s real estate career, she received her Master’s Degree from Purdue University and had a very successful career in sales. Heather and her family, built through adoption, live in Littleton, CO. She enjoys family time and travel adventures.
Anthony Palumbo is Vice President at Impact Commercial Real Estate. Anthony started his real estate career in 2005 with a prominent developer in upstate New York. In 2009 he became the Director of Planning and achieved a Master of Urban Planning degree from SUNY at Buffalo with a concentration in Urban Management and Community Development. He continued to grow his career and obtained his New York State Real Estate Salesperson’s License in 2012 where he was a top commercial leasing agent in his market through 2015. After relocating to Colorado in 2016, Anthony founded the Palumbo Group, a team of experienced Colorado Realtors offering commercial and residential brokerage, leasing and development services to the greater Front Range communities of Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Greeley and Pueblo. He was previously a Director in the Commercial Division within the Keller Williams Urban Elite Market Center and served as the chair of the Commercial Committee and was a member of the Associate Leadership Council of the Market Center.
Anthony’s passion for urban planning, real estate and building community has only continued to grow. His well-rounded experience with the majority of his career in commercial real estate and development and gives Anthony the ability to analyze a prospective or projected new building or project and guide his clients to make the right decision in their leasing or sale, using out-of-the-box strategies to create a Win-Win deal. His main focus is retail, office, and land & development projects both build-to-suit and redevelopment. Anthony also takes pride in civic engagement, and has a passion for giving back to the community sitting on the Board of Directors for Localworks in Wheat Ridge. You can also find Anthony involved in personal growth and leadership development work, camping, hiking, traveling, and exploring all that Colorado’s great outdoors and mountain towns have to offer.

Ian Elfner joined Impact Commercial Real Estate in December of 2022. Ian brings forth an extensive skill-set having been in the commercial real estate industry for 20+ years which allows him to deliver best in class brokerage services and results. Ian primarily focuses on retail, office, mixed-use, and land properties throughout the State of Colorado leading his clients with their acquisitions, sales, leasing, and new development projects. He has created a reputation for going out of his way to protect his client’s best interests while exceeding their expectations. Ian guides his clients through every aspect of their real estate transactions, coordinating effective marketing efforts, and providing superior value on every transaction. Ian’s “client first” long term view of conducting business has created a significant volume of repeat business and referrals throughout the years. Natalie Phoenix joined the team at Impact Commercial in 2019, coming from a background in the upstream oil and gas industry. Over the last ten years, she has worked alongside project managers in the development of a variety of brownfield sites and guided reservoir engineers in their assessment of numerous greenfield locations for platform commissioning.
In 2017 she carried that expertise into the company transaction space and began working with Merger and Acquisition firms as a point of contact for sourcing suitable parcels of land with a view towards residential development in Colorado.
Natalie understands the value and importance of forging relationships in the community and relies upon these resources to realize successful commercial real estate ventures. After completing her degrees in Formal Logic from Aberdeen, Calgary and Edinburgh University, she immigrated to the US in 2008, bringing with her experience in both the Canadian and UK real estate markets.
Among her many passions, including skiing, fencing and sauntering in the mountains, Natalie enjoys occasionally travelling to Asia for client meetings and back to her hometown of Cape Town, South Africa.
Sarah Sparks began her commercial real estate career in mid-2012. Prior to working with Impact Commercial Real Estate, Sarah worked in commercial real estate management and graphic design. Sarah provides her clients high-level reports and analytical data to help them make the most informed decisions about their business locations or pricing for commercial real estate. Sarah has multiple clients and property listings across Colorado.
Sarah has experience in Tenant and Landlord representation including land development, retail, office, and industrial properties. Sarah works with several national retailers expanding locations in Colorado.
Sarah has a talent for research and analysis. For Tenant Representation clients, she uses her knowledge to help choose the best locations for their business by creating a model to optimize their potential success based on location, competition, potential sales and the negotiation of fair lease and sale terms. Sarah has extensive knowledge of finding off-market deals for her clients that has allowed for unique opportunities. Sarah represents many small business owners in Castle Rock and Denver and has had immense success in finding space for unique uses of tenants. Sarah has had much success in negotiating short-term deals in spaces awaiting city approval for redevelopment, benefitting both her tenant and the Landlord.
Sarah represents multiple Landlords across the state. She is aggressive in her marketing efforts, and her tenacity when negotiating deals has provided a reputation of success. Sarah has a unique ability to find high-end tenants and buyers.

Alexis Thomas started her journey into commercial real estate in 2018. After working for her family owned business for several years, she realized that pursuing a career in commercial real estate could be another way for her to help with her family’s business, as well as pursue her own career aspirations. Alexis worked for a large commercial real estate firm for a year and a half in retail leasing before finding a better match for herself at Impact Commercial. She has experience working with a team of brokers, representing tenants and landlords. Her background also includes work in Human Resources, customer service, and non-profit. Alexis understands the importance of positive relationships and how that can help you achieve your business goals.
Although Alexis is newer to the world of the commercial real estate, she is always pushing herself to learn more in order to become a better broker for her clients and their needs. Alexis strives to educate herself before making decisions or offering ideas and is never afraid to speak up and make sure she is doing her job the best she can for her clients. Because Alexis cares so much about the client’s needs and goals, she will always rely on her team and resources at Impact Commercial to reach the best outcomes.
Nushat Jahan began working at Impact Commercial Real Estate in 2021. She was born and raised in the Washington D.C. metro area. Her initial exposure to real estate was through her family’s involvement in investment properties and financial services. She has worked on many investment deals within her family as well as within her community in Northern Virginia. Her work also involved landlord representation and property management for rental homes. She has worked with properties both on-market and off-market deals. Since then, she had migrated to Colorado and began working within multiple occupations in the few years she had been here.
She began work as a residential real estate agent for a local company and licensed MLO in multiple states. She also worked in financial services such as tax preparer services. She is always looking for ways to diversify her skillset.
While Nushat is transitioning from residential to commercial real estate, she is a fast-paced learner and detail oriented which is essential to successful deals. She is willing to take the extra steps for clients to better accommodate their needs and wants. Her resourcefulness will put her on a path of success within the market of commercial real estate. With the backing of the team at Impact Commercial, she is geared to tackle any commercial transaction head on.

Stefanie Fox has a diverse background in corporate, nonprofit and start up environments, honing her business development skills in each profession. She was first introduced to the Real Estate world watching her mother become a top selling residential agent in South Florida. Observing the entire process from lead generation to closing deals, then gaining repeat clients inspired Stefanie.
She spent several years in the mortgage banking industry working on residential and construction deals, utilizing her real estate relationships to become a top loan originator. When the market turned in 2008 Stefanie decided to pursue her MBA which had been a long-time goal of hers. During this time, Stefanie co-founded and contributed to the success of 2 profitable start-ups, a consumer product company in the baby and child industry and an event planning company in South Florida.
After moving to Colorado in 2016 Stefanie decided to merge her lending background with her passion for supporting entrepreneurs and small business. She joined a statewide CDFI (Community Development Financial Institution) doing business development. In this role, Stefanie has made impact with hundreds of small business owners by providing access to capital when they were unable to obtain traditional financing.
Always desiring a challenge and looking to be involved in the thriving and fast paced Colorado commercial market, Stefanie completed her RE education and joined Impact Commercial in 2022. Throughout her career, Stefanie has always valued building a relationship around a client’s needs first and foremost, communication, and ethics.
She also serves as a board member for Sharing Connexion, which assists affordable housing developments and nonprofit organizations with real estate solutions.
As a former resident of Florida for over 30 years, she happily traded the beach for mountains. In her free time, she pursues her photography passion, loves to travel with her family and enjoys 4 seasons of fun that Colorado offers.
Jeff Destache was raised in Omaha, NE before moving to Colorado in 2014. While in Omaha and Colorado, Jeff focused on business and medicine. Jeff is a certified EMT and spent most of this career traveling to different hospitals. When he was not working in healthcare, Jeff often consulted on business structures and cashflow. Jeff has taken his experience in business to ownership too. This is where Jeff realized the lack of representation most business owners have in commercial real estate and decided to change his career and join the commercial real estate community.
When Jeff is not working, he enjoys riding his bike over 50 miles at a time. You can see him on the cherry creek trail. He also enjoys traveling and has been to the UK, Costa Rica, and all over the Caribbean. Jeff is an avid oil painter and is currently developing a book he’d like to write.

At the beginning of 2018 my partner and I were beginning to contemplate the sale of our office building and met with a few different commercial real estate brokers to educate ourselves. The conversations with them were unsettling and the Broker’s Opinions of Price we were receiving were all over the board and really not well substantiated. As the General Manager of Hisega Investments LLC, I was seeking to sell a commercial office condo space in Littleton, CO that I held for 10 years. I took proposals from several Seller’s Brokers.
